1. Subscriptions Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription plan (Creator or Shopify Brand) at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to advanced widgets, geo-location mapping, and custom domains will continue until the end of your billing cycle and then return to Free Tier bounds.
2. Refund Conditions
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription sign-ups. If you are unsatisfied with your QR styled insert capabilities or analytics dashboards, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund transaction.
